UPDATE: December 12, 202 at 4 PM Eastern - RCC Norfolk reports that they safely rescued 3 individuals from the SV "Time-Aut" and brought them to shore several hours ago. A C130 and a MH60 Hero helicopter were used in the rescue. Bravo Zulu RCC Norfolk.
