Diver Missing off the Coast of Norfolk

UPDATE : DIVER LOCATED.

Norfolk, VA, August 13, 2024 – The US Coast Guard's Rescue Coordination Center (RCC) Norfolk has issued an urgent marine assistance request following reports of a missing diver in the waters off Norfolk.

The diver was last reported in the vicinity of position 33-44.303N 077-34.161W at 1316 UTC on August 13. All mariners transiting through this area are urged to keep a sharp lookout and provide any assistance possible.

Mariners are requested to report any sightings or information to RCC Norfolk.
