- MINIBEX (IMO: 8626874): French-flagged Pilot Vessel. Length overall (LOA) 29 meters, width 6.76 meters. Presumed to be engaged in search and rescue.
- IZEL VOR 2 (MMSI: 227649290): French-flagged Fishing Vessel. Length overall (LOA) 12 meters, width 5 meters. May be in the area for fishing activities.
All vessels in the area are advised to be on the lookout and to report any information to MRCC ETEL.

- A distress signal has been received from the sailing vessel BLEU BLANC SOLO.
- The vessel is equipped with an Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB) transmitting on 121.5/406/243 MHz.
- The reported position of the EPIRB is 46°59′ North, 00°40′ West (Bay of Biscay).
- Weather conditions in the area are reported as foggy with visibility of 700 meters.

- All vessels in the vicinity of the reported position are requested to be on the lookout for BLEU BLANC SOLO.
