Coast Guard Searches for Missing Boaters En Route from Florida to Bahamas

 The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is currently searching for the operators of the 42-foot vessel, "Irish Miss."

Vicki and Robert Bernhardt, aged 72 and 59 respectively, were last contacted on February 21st while en route from the Florida Keys to the Bahamas.

The Coast Guard is urging anyone with information regarding the "Irish Miss" or the Bernhardts to contact the District 7 command center.

Sailing Yacht Sunbeam Overdue – Italian Coast Guard Issues Search and Rescue Alert

  UPDATE 08 Sptempber 2024: The vessel was located in the port of Denia. Alarm no longer active. With the post on Facebook the captain lets us know that they are fine: Oisin Margey Hi, I am the captain of Sunbeam. We are fine and currently approaching the East Coast of Spain.
